Small Employers

This program is designed for employers who find themselves without in-house HR expertise. The course covers practical subjects of workplace management regulated by the Employment Standards Act, 2000, from hours of work and overtime through the definition of work to the grounds for causal termination and the difference between temporary and permanent layoffs.
