With his attention to detail and thorough knowledge of the Ontario Occupational Health and Safety Act, he became sought after to help companies respond to safety related matters.He expertly guides clients and assists counsel through accident investigations, MOL orders and on -going Health and Safety management.
Robert is the founder and President of RMG Consulting Group, employing 7 full time consultants. We have worked with Rob on many files. Robert also acts from time to time as a Labour Relations consultant helping counsel and employers in union environments. He can fulfil the role of Labour Relations Manager to help employers solve their labour problems. He works with Dunsmore Law to go to the table with union officials.
Robert holds the CHRL (Certified Human Resources Leader), CRSP (Canadian Registered Safety Professional), EP (Environmental Professional) CHSC (Certified Health & Safety Consultant), Q.Med.
