Municipal Council and Administration Relationships

Our municipal seminar explores the interrelationship between Municipal Councils, individual councillors and the Chief Administrative Officer and his or her Administration. Misunderstanding the differences between policy making and the implementation of policy leads to unnecessary confrontation between staff and elected officials. This seminar grounds the players in their tasks and spheres of influence.
