Master Bargainer
A popular and basic suite of courses on bargaining. Developed over years of delivery to the Ontario Municipal Human Resources Association (OMHRA), the course has three parts: Bargaining 101, the basics; Bargaining 201, advanced; and Master Bargaining, the qualities.
These courses enhance the abilities of participants in bargaining to understand context, recognize roles, be more effective in achieving solutions, and making deals. This course is excellent preparation for any negotiating team.
This course is also very helpful to those outside the union setting as they prepare for other activities that involve negotiations.
This course covers the following:
